Urthpact, LLC of Leominster, MA, is proud to join in partnership with Preserve and the Gimme 5 program. As an injection molding manufacturer of renewable biobased and recycled content plastic products, it’s a natural fit to be partnered together to make environmentally responsible, single-use cutlery made from 100% recycled #5 plastic.
Plum Organics joined the Gimme 5 program in order to provide a recycling solution for their pouch caps. When put into municipal recycling programs, caps are so small that they often literally fall through the cracks. Gimme 5 gives them a second life.
Preserve Gimme 5 partnered with the Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation (KHF) along with method to present the 2014 Hawaiʻi School Bottle Cap Collection Challenge, an initiative to collect and recycle the caps that are normally thrown away during plastic bottle recycling in Hawai’i.
Berry Plastics Corporation partners with Preserve to accelerate awareness and participation in Gimme 5, Preserve's signature recycling program for #5 plastics. Together, Preserve and Berry support a closed loop recycling system in which recyclable packages and products are collected and turned into new products like Preserve® toothbrushes and razors.
