New Year—New Site!
As we all know, 2009 is all about change. Here at Preserve, we’ve experienced a minor transformation already. To help more people find us, we’ve set up a new home on the web at preserveproducts.com. A couple of pages to check out—an expanded section on how to recycle Preserve products and #5 plastics and more information on our plastics recycling process including the environmental impact of using Preserve plastic versus virgin plastic.

Gimme 5 Program Debuts at Whole Foods Market
Preserve has teamed up with Organic Valley and Stonyfield Farm to bring the Gimme 5 program to Whole Foods Market stores. Now, when you shop, you can bring your reusable bag full of #5 plastic recyclables along for the trip.
Whole Foods Market stores in Northern California, the Midwest, and the Northeast have joined the program and now have Gimme 5 bins in their stores—and more stores will join in the coming months. Click here for a list of locations. If you’re not close to a participating store, learn how you can send your clean #5’s to us directly.
Gimme 5 recycles the following products:
• |
Clean containers that have a #5 stamp on them
(yogurt cups, medicine bottles, hummus tubs) |
| • |
Any Preserve product |
| • |
Brita pitcher water filters |
Now, more than ever, Preserve is powered by you! To read the press release, click here.
